You will require the use of a computer or tablet with microphone and camera capabilities and secure wi-fi. Care during these treatments may be a bit different than usual. Telehealth follow-up appointments include discussing your pain and current problems, an objective exam (where your practitioner may ask to see how you move in different ways), sound education, advice, as well as exercise prescription designed specifically to aid in your current problem. Due to the nature of the conference we are not able to offer manual therapy, massage, IMS dry needling, and Electrophysical agents. While we are unable to offer you the value of healing touch, we are pleased to be able to provide you with an opportunity to speak with one of our expert clinicians who can guide you through your pain or rehabilitation journey.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
