**COVERED BY BENEFITS** This in-person 40-minute visit is with our naturopathic intern, Cassandra Hall, who is completing her externship under the supervision of our experienced, licensed naturopathic doctor, Dr. Nicole Roberts.
This appointment focuses on acupuncture, which may be used to support muscle tension, pain, stiffness, and injury recovery, as well as broader traditional Chinese medicine–based care.
Treatment may also support concerns such as hormonal balance, menstrual cycle regulation, fertility support, stress, sleep, digestion, and overall nervous system regulation. Sessions are individualized based on your health history, goals, and current presentation.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
