The Breath work portion includes diaphragmatic breathing interspersed throughout the session.
During your massage treatment, Andrea will guide and encourage the use of deep breathing to stimulate healing, reaching to higher depths with the breath, and encouraging a “letting go” or dissipation of the tensions that are stored in the body. Andrea will guide you in a way to promotes inner peace and healing during the treatment session.
