This treatment combines RMT massage with energy work. Massage is used as relaxation component through out the session before commencing with the Reiki Treatment.
Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a energy modality that unlocks inner flow of vital energy to restore your inner balance.
Reiki assists with your overall mental health by assisting in stress reduction and a feeling of overall calmness.
In a Reiki session, we dive into areas that may be causing stress such as relationship issues, work problems, family problems etc. These are addressed during the session so that that you can release unresolved feelings to help you move forward.
Reiki works with the emotional and spiritual minds to ensure you energy is flowing freely with no blockages.
Sound therapy with Tuning forks is used as part of this treatment to enhance the healing effects.
