This service is available to all expectant parents who have already had an initial assessment with Sherry. This is a hands-on service for both the pregnant client and their birth partner instructing them on labour and birth positions, comfort measures and other strategies to help prepare them for labour and birth.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
