Holistic Pelvic Care
A follow up appointment to address current health concerns, check in with your health goals, answer any questions, ensure your progress and improvement and continue your plan of care, using Holistic Pelvic Care. We may continue with basic external work and if/when you are comfortable, we may proceed to internal work to reassess the pelvic musculature and treat any areas of concern with gentle massage techniques as well as guided visualizations and breathwork.
Note: Holistic Pelvic Care is not advised during pregnancy.
