This is a 4 week class for babies 5/6m+ and their parents/caregivers who are looking for strategies and information to support sitting, transitioning and crawling. We will discuss containers, first footwear, standing and walking norms, and ideal sitting posture from highchairs and beyond. Each class is 60 minutes in length.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
