Indie Head Massage is an invigorating and soothing massage focusing on muscles and connective tissues of the face neck, scalp, upper chest and shoulders. It is especially useful in treating migraines (preventative), sinus inflammation, jaw tension and anxiety. It has a balancing effect on the the nervous system and helps to release stress and tension, creating a sense of peace and well being. Warm oil in poured on the hair and scalp during treatment so clients should prepare for this, although they can choose to opt out of oil use.
