Integrated Healing sessions are curated for self-inquiry, inner exploration, and transformation. I work with your whole being for your well-being, integrating the emotional, physical, mental, relational, energetic, and spiritual dimensions. Through experiential and embodied practices, the exploration of the realities shaping your life is supported, bringing awareness to underlying patterns and layers that may be asking for attention.
Drawing from frequency healing, breathwork, bodywork, energy healing, and holistic counselling, each session is guided by what is most present. Release-oriented approaches support movement and expression of emotions, patterns, stored trauma and stagnant energy that may be carried within the body over time, opening space for new awareness, perspectives, and meaningful inner shifts. This process can strengthen connection with younger parts of self, deepen understanding, and support lasting transformation and integration beyond the session itself.
