Kyla Campbell
My work is grounded in an embodied and client-centred approach to healing and self-inquiry. At the heart of what I do is offering a compassionate, non-judgmental presence and creating the conditions for each person’s experience to unfold naturally. I create spaces where people can explore their inner world, address root challenges, and connect with their true nature, others, and what feels meaningful in their lives.
I facilitate GROF® Breathwork workshops and retreats, supporting people as they move through holotropic states of consciousness. I hold these experiences as meaningful expressions of the psyche and part of the human movement toward wholeness. These experiences may open pathways for somatic and emotional release, shifts in perspective, and a renewed sense of self. Integration is central to my work, allowing what emerges to be embodied and lived into everyday life.

Sound healing is a foundational part of my practice. With a Bachelor of Music from McGill University and shaped by personal spiritual openings, my sound bath offerings are heart-led, with vibration moving through me and the instruments in a shared field of resonance. I draw from both ancient traditions and current understandings of the nervous system and emotional balance.
I also support individuals and families through major life transitions, including birth, death, and end-of-life. As a death doula, I offer a caring presence during times of profound change, holding each person and what they are living through as sacred.
I offer private sessions and group experiences in both public and private settings on Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland, and beyond.

Benefits for Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and Related Conditions: For men, shockwave therapy is highly effective in treating erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, and other genital issues: • In ED, SWT improves blood flow by creating new blood vessels and regenerating nerve pathways, helping to achieve and maintain firmer erections. • In cases of Peyronie’s disease, SWT breaks down fibrous scar tissue, improving penile curvature and reducing pain. • It can also alleviate inguinal and scrotal pain and enhance overall sexual performance by repairing damaged tissues. Benefits for Women: SWT offers solutions for a range of female-specific conditions: • Vaginal dryness: By stimulating blood flow and promoting tissue regeneration, it enhances natural lubrication. • Enhanced Sexual Pleasure: The therapy can improve nerve sensitivity, leading to heightened sexual experiences and increased orgasmic function. • Scar Tissue Breakdown: It reduces vaginal scar tissue from surgeries or trauma, restoring comfort and function. • Incontinence and Overactive Bladder: SWT strengthens pelvic floor muscles and improves bladder control. • Chronic Pelvic Pain and Pain During Intercourse: By reducing inflammation and repairing damaged tissues, it alleviates pain and discomfort. Additional Conditions Treated: • Prostatitis: Reduces inflammation and improves blood flow to the prostate. • Pelvic and Genital Pain: Addresses chronic issues in these areas with long-term relief.
