Our team is dedicated to supporting your wellness through personalized acupuncture care in a calm, compassionate space.
Here are a few things to know before your appointment:
🕒 Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and complete any intake forms.
📄 New Patients will receive a health history intake form via email - please fill this out before your visit.
🔔 Need to cancel or reschedule? We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee.
💳 Direct billing may be available. Check your insurance to confirm your coverage and include your insurance information in your intake form or email us . We appreciate your patience as we await confirmation of set up from our insurance portals.
