Hot Stone is a combination of traditional massage techniques and using hot stones to alleviate pain and provide relaxation.
Hot stone is not recommended for pregnancy, diabetics, or those with high blood pressure.
This appointment is for 60 minutes of hot-stone massage therapy.
Please note we have a 48-hour cancelation policy. If cancelled under 48 hours from the start time of the appointment 50% of the treatment cost will be owed.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
