Please complete our BLOOD WORK CONSENT form prior to your appointment. If this form is not completed we cannot draw your blood and your appointment will be given to someone else.
If you are on any THYROID medications, please wait to take them until after your blood draw appointment.
Please fast (no food, juice, tea, coffee, lozenges, candies - you can have water) for at least 8 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Please book your appointment time according to your ability to fast. For example: If you have a difficult time skipping breakfast, please book the earliest appointment possible.
If you need clarification on this please call us at least 48hrs before your appointment.
