A standard chiropractic follow up treatment for a student/child who's received an assessment from from the chiropractor you are booking with.
If you haven't been in for an adjustment within the last year, please schedule for a reassessment (required by Alberta College and Association of Chiropractors)
If you have never seen a chiropractor in our office before, please schedule for a full assessment.

Most of this visit is treatment — hands-on joint and soft-tissue work, movement coaching and exercise progressions — with a shorter check-in on what changed since last time and a clearer sense of what to keep doing between appointments.
