Registered Massage Therapy: 30 Minutes
During the Subsequent RMT appointment, the client can expect a continuation of the therapeutic massage treatment plan established in the initial session. The therapist will assess the clients progress and address any changes or concerns in the condition. The therapist will tailor the massage techniques to meet the specific needs of the client, targeting areas of discomfort or tension. Additionally, the therapist may provide recommendations for at home care, such as stretching exercises or ergonomic adjustments , to support the client's on going well-being.
