Snow Motion Massage offers a complimentary online consultation for families interested in infant care services. This consultation is designed to help determine whether your baby would benefit most from private one-on-one Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) treatments, or from the 5-week Infant Massage Program, which is instructional in nature and focused on teaching parents how to massage their own babies.
During this session, we will discuss your goals and any concerns you may have, review the differences between RMT treatment sessions and the infant massage course, and outline what each option involves.
Private one-on-one sessions are RMT treatments provided by a Registered Massage Therapist registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) and are typically covered under extended health benefits, with direct billing available when possible. The 5-week Infant Massage Program is educational and instructional only and is taught by an RMT who has completed additional training with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM), and is priced accordingly to reflect that it is not RMT treatment.
This is a complimentary, no-obligation consultation intended to provide information, as well as help families make an informed and confident decision before booking services.

En quoi ça consiste
Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
