PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING – IMPORTANT CLINIC INFORMATION
🏢 CLINIC ENTRY: There is no onsite reception as our administrative staff work remotely. Upon arrival, please wait in our seating area and the Massage Therapist will greet you at your scheduled appointment time.
➡️ After 5:30PM the sliding glass doors to enter the building may be locked. If this is the case, please wait outside and the massage therapist will come get you at your scheduled appointment time.
🚗 Above ground parking is available all day and underground parking between 8:00AM - 5:00PM
📅 MANAGING YOUR APPOINTMENTS: Patients are responsible for managing their appointments through their JaneApp account on our online booking site. Please use your account to book, confirm, or change appointments whenever possible.
Our administrative staff work remotely and may not be available to answer calls or emails right away. However, if you’re unable to cancel your appointment online, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to info@soarwellnessclinic.com or leaving a voicemail with your name and appointment information.
🚫 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a fee equal to the full cost of the treatment booked.
💳 CREDIT CARD POLICY: A credit card on file is required to book an appointment, in the event of a LATE CANCELLATION or NO SHOW it will be charged a fee equal to the full cost of the treatment booked.
📑 INSURANCE BILLING: If the insurance information is not added to the intake form before the appointment or added incorrectly you will be required to pay privately. The practitioner will not be able to assist you with any issues related to insurance billing.
