We believe community and connection is an integral part of our health. We offer group ceremonies with a goal to further strengthen the bond of the group and to deepen your connection to self and each other.
Each ceremony is customized to the groups request and practitioner(s) availability.
$222 Pricing includes 2 of the following offerings:
Crystal Sound Bowl Meditation- The group will be immersed in a sound bath with our 7 crystal singing bowls (corresponding to each of the 7 main chakras). You may experience your body coming into balance, your soul expanding and your mind finding deep inner peace. The singing bowls will assist in any healing taking place including moving energetic blockages through your body to be released, allowing a deep restoration to take place.
Energy healing- The beautiful art of Reiki is shared with the group by one of our practitioners. Intuitively led, with consent, the practitioner will do various hand placements for each persons in the group aiming to channel light energy and create flow in areas of stagnation.
Intuitive Guidance & Card Pull- Using an oracle deck intuitively chosen, we will pull a card or 3 (whatever the group calls for). The practitioner will interpret and channel messages from the group guides and universal source.
Guided meditation- A gentle guided mediation aimed to bring the group into a deep relaxation and strengthen the connection to self, earth, and each other. Breathwork and relaxation prompts may be used.
Somatic movement- Our body feels all of our emotions and traumas from our life. When not regulated or released, the body holds and manifests the tension into our physical body in the form of pain, disease, illness, stress, etc. The group exercises are focused on releasing tension and regulating the bodies nervous system. This can include gentle shaking, jumping, dancing, or even gentle rocking and holding. The group will be given exercises that can be done together and support each others releases.
Journal Manifestation & Intention setting- A writing exercise guided by the practitioner. Depending on the season and moon cycle, we will deepen our gratitude practice and either manifest or release through the art of journalling.
We will always end with connection time. This is vital to integrate the groups connection. Holding each other in a safe and sacred space we will share our intentions, experiences, and anything that resonates with the group.
To bring:
- A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, anything to aid in your comfort- these are all optional as we can provide them at the space if needed
