Évaluation posture Biotonix
L’évaluation du programme BIOTONIX se réalise en tenue sportive :
-Top et shorts ou bikini pour les femmes, et
-Shorts avec le torse nu pour les hommes.
Nous prenons trois photos (face, profil et dos), puis analysées par le logiciel BIOTONIX grâce à l’intelligence artificielle.
IMPORTANT : ce rendez-vous n’est PAS une séance de massothérapie.
À la fin de l’évaluation, vous recevez un rapport complet de votre posture comprenant un plan d’exercices simples à effectuer à la maison sur une période de 10 semaines, nécessitant minimalement un élastique.
Pendant l’heure de rendez-vous, une fois les photos prises et les résultats expliqués, nous pratiquons ensemble les exercices afin d’assurer une exécution optimale.
Vous devez avoir pris votre rendez-vous de SUIVI 10 semaines plus tard pour la réévaluation postural.

What it is
Most of this first kinesiology visit is spent figuring out how you move and where things break down — history, posture, mobility, strength and movement testing — then turning that into a few targeted exercises, coaching on form, and a plan you leave with.
