I incorporate several styles of massage into my practice. The deep tissue massage and reflexology that I employed in spa settings combine well with the clinical Tui Na joint mobilizations and acupressure from my acupuncture training.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
