CANCELLATION POLICY: Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation or we do reserve the right to charge for the balance of the missed or late cancellation appointment. Exceptions may be made in extreme circumstances. We reserve the right to mark your appointment as a no-show if we have not heard from you, or you have not arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Repeat offenders may be blocked from rebooking and/or booking online, following 3 no-showed appointments.

BOOKING WITH JAMIE: Please note that Jamie Lynn’s rates for massage therapy treatments differ from the rest of the team at Sore Spots. From time to time, specific therapist fees may change without notice given the experience, expertise & demand of a particular provider. We do our best to keep you informed if this is the case. Unless indicated otherwise, our standard rate for a 1 hour massage therapy treatment is $145 taxes included (whereas Jamie Lynn’s is $165 taxes incl).

BOOKING WITH EVE: Eve is able to direct bill to individuals who have BlueCross or SunLife insurance. For those who have coverage with a different insurer, you will be provided with a detailed receipt that can be used with for self-submission.

ATHLETIC THERAPY: Please note that most plans do not support direct billing for Athletic Therapy services. A detailed receipt will be issued at the time of your appointment for self-submission to your plan. Services will be required to be paid in full at the time of your appointment.
