Please give us at least 24 HOURS NOTICE to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment (no-show), will be charged the full appointment fee. This fee cannot be billed to insurance providers or ICBC.
Patients with frequent cancellations less than 24 hours or miss their appointment (no-show) will be asked for their credit card information and may lead to booking restrictions.
