NEW PATIENTS & RETURNING CLIENTS
Book an Initial assessment if this is your FIRST VISIT at our clinic or if you have NOT been to the clinic in the last 3 months.
For your FIRST VISIT , please wear loose, comfortable clothing that lets the therapist access your injury, such as shorts or a tank top
Each appointment is intended for 1 main issue/injury. If you have multiple areas/injuries that need to be addressed, please contact reception to schedule an extended session.
CANCELLATION POLICY - 24 HOURS ADVANCED NOTICE
We understand that there are times when patients must miss their appointments due to emergencies and obligations for family or work.
However, when a patient does not call to cancel their appointment, they are preventing other patients from utilizing that time.
(EXCLUDING SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS) Cancellation and no-show fees will be applied to those who do not provide our office with appropriate notice.
NEW ICBC/WorkSafeBC CLIENTS
Please call our office at 604-282-7110 to book your FIRST VISIT (Initial Assessment). Once you have completed your first visit, you will be able to book online for any subsequent sessions.
If you’re already a client at our clinic and have a NEW ICBC OR WorkSafeBC CLAIM; Please reach out to update your details and appointment bookings.
WAITLIST
Make sure to take advantage of our waitlist! You can add yourself to the waitlist for a particular date and timeframe using our online booking system. If a spot opens up, you will be notified via text or email.
