This general infant massage class is great for guardians who would like to learn more about massaging their infant at home. This in-clinic class will cover the basic do’s and don’ts of how to massage your baby. The goal of the class is to teach a general full-body massage to encourage bonding and relaxation between caregivers and infants. Adults will leave with a mini-booklet to use at home to continue the massage practice. Class duration is approximately 45 minutes long plus time for questions.
No refunds. Any class missed due to illness or infant incompatibility can be used in a future class if available.
This group class is NOT covered by insurance and can NOT be direct billed.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
