Psychedelic Integration Coaching (PIC) combines the foundational practices of Transformational Coaching, Jungian psychology, and alchemy, with training in psychedelic practice. PIC focuses on clients who have journeyed with sacred plant and/or mind-altering medicines and need help integrating what they’ve experienced.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
