MLD is a gentle massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, promoting the removal of waste, toxins, and excess fluids from the body. It involves light, rhythmic strokes and gentle pressure to encourage lymphatic flow. MLD can help reduce swelling, enhance immune function, and promote relaxation. Treatment time combines lymphatic drainage with general massage therapy techniques, such as Swedish massage and myofascial release.
Rebecca is trained in Vodder School MLD to L2, with the ability to work on fully functioning lymphatic systems only. Please reach out to her if you have any questions about whether MLD is the right fit for you.
