After a certain amount of treatments, we will do a re-evaluation of your current condition/injury in order to assess your progress and overall prognosis. At re-evaluation, there will be a history and physical assessment component. Afterwards, we will establish a new baseline for you and talk about next steps. There is a treatment component to the appointment as well!

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
