Physiotherapy Treatment for Concussion Rehabilitation
We use this appointment to educate you on the management of concussion and progress your treatment plan for return to play or return to daily activities.
We will be using vestibular-ocular therapy, exercise guidance/prescription, and cervical spine (neck) rehabilitation to aid in the recovery of your concussion to get you back to work, sport, and fitness.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
