This session begins with seeing how you've responded to your last session, noting any changes, and proceeds in much the same manner; Palpation from the elbows and knees down, a 1 or 2 sided treatment, which includes acupuncture, often glass cupping & gua sha, and occasionally Electro-acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal medicine.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
