The first 15 min. are to review your intake form together, complete any necessary assessments and create a treatment plan, followed by 60 min. hands-on treatment time.

Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
