**Dr. Piper is currently using a dictation program: AI Scribe on the Jane EMR platform. This program records the conversation and converts history, findings, assessment and treatment into a chart note for the visit. The chart note remains on JaneEMR a secured platform approved for use (PIPEDA).
If you are uncomfortable with the usage of AI Scribe for your visit and do not consent, please let me know directly. The chart note will be completed using the traditional method of typing.
