This is a return treatment, we've met and have already done an initial intake and assessment. We will have a check in and see where you are at in that moment and keep working on finding balance in the body. Once the needles are inserted you will be left to “Acu-nap”.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
