Assessment may look at posture, range of motion, daily activities and movements, or other tests as indicated, in order to formulate a treatment plan and supportive exercises.
A 90 minute assessment is not required; however, it is recommended for clients wishing to work on specific conditions or injuries.

Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
