A gentle practice for any age, any fitness level and we welcome those with no experience . Movement is followed by our mini Acupuncture treatment while at rest at the end of the program.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
