“Getting ahold of this business is next to impossible. I had a massage done last week, they said my insurance wouldn’t go through so they made me pay and said I’d get an emailed receipt, I haven’t received it and have been trying to contact for the last week. “I’ve seen Cat at few times now for TMJ treatment for tinnitus. He is a genuine Therapist. No fluffy, fall asleep therapy with him. (Maybe he does if that’s what you’re looking for) Amazing! First TMJ therapy that I can feel results. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“Very unprofessional experience with Mr. Cat M., RMT at StoonRMT. I arrived early for my 10am appointment and waited outside. The sign on the door said to call if it was locked, so I waited until exactly 10:00am before calling. Then came the surreal part—he pulled in right at 10am, speeding into the lot in a red Jeep with a Tim Hortons in hand. He was wearing Pit Vipers and cargo pants, visibly sweaty, and looked completely rushed and unprepared. He unlocked the door in a hurry, asked “What’s your name?” without any introduction, glanced into a spare room, and casually said “I’m your RMT.” The space wasn’t clean or welcoming, and everything about the experience felt chaotic. Every massage I’ve had in the past has been relaxing, professional, and clean—this was the complete opposite. I told him I’d have to pass on the appointment, and instead of being understanding, he looked irritated and said, “You’re going to pass?” Honestly, all I was thinking was: Get me out of this place. I booked here based on the great reviews, but clearly got the wrong provider. He might be a good RMT, but weekend mornings clearly aren’t for him. If 10am is too early to show up prepared and composed, those appointments shouldn’t be available. I didn't care that the session was paid for — I didn’t want to spend an hour feeling uncomfortable with someone who was visibly annoyed and rushing in last minute.
