All clients who are either new to our clinic, to Massage at our clinic, or have new injuries, require you book an assessment appointment first. You must be pre-screened (by email link sent) and report negative to be able to attend treatment.
Masks are no longer mandatory. Your therapist will happily wear one at your request if you wish.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
