Please note that we require a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. If it is under 24 hours then we will try our best to fill the spot but if we are not able to then the full rate of the appointment will apply. Please note that benefit carriers cannot be charged for services that weren’t rendered, as such all cancellations or no show fees will be charged to your payment method on file. If you can’t find an appointment time as soon as you would like then put yourself on the waitlist using the link at the bottom of this page. Make sure to select either text or email notifications in your preferences. Cancellations happen every week so there is a good chance you will get an appointment sooner than expected! Please note schedules are typically posted one month in advance, for example in the last week of April, the June schedule will be posted.
