Please ONLY select this option if (1) you have an active ICBC claim, AND (2) have suffered a concussion during the accident, AND (3) it has been LESS THAN 12 weeks since your accident date. If more, please contact our office for more information. When booking this appointment, we recommend you book a minimum of 1-2 subsequent (follow up) appointments a week for 4-6 weeks to avoid a waitlist and ensure your desired time slots. Please try to book with the same therapist for these follow up sessions. Your therapist will recommend any changes at the end of your initial assessment. -Thank you
