When booking an assessment or reassessment we recommend you also book a minimum of 1-2 subsequent (follow-up) visits per week for 4-6 weeks to avoid a waitlist and secure your desired time slots. Please book these visits with the same therapist that completed your assessment - they will communicate any required changes to this treatment plan at the end of your assessment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations and/or changes to your appointment. Those who provide less than 24 hours notice are subject to a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total treatment rate.

Clients who miss their appointment and/or cancel within 2 hours of their booked appointment time will be charged the full fee or 100% of the total treatment rate.

Please note these fees cannot be billed to insurance providers and must be paid on or before your next visit and prior to re-booking.
