This is your starting point for entry into the GLAD Canada program at Strive. This 60 minute assessment ensure this program is the right fit for you. Your Physiotherapist will take base line measurements and create your exercise starting point for the GLAD Canada program.
The GLAD program is 6 weeks long, consisting of 12 , 1 hour exercise sessions, delivered x2 per week over zoom and 2 education sessions. It is an individualized exercise program, delivered in a group environment. Each participant has an individualized exercises program that has been designed based on their needs.

Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. It can help relieve symptoms of lymphedema. Physiotherapists play an important role in the care and management of persons with jaw and face pain. Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) include pain of the face and jaw, inability or limited ability to open the jaw, clicking of the jaw when opening or closing and some headaches are related to the muscles of the jaw. Strive Physiotherapist Patrick Quimio is skilled in the assessment of diagnosis of TMD through manual therapy, exercise prescription, dry needling and soft tissue techniques to relieve pain and improve function.
