If it’s been more than 3months since your last visit we may require a longer session to ensure we can provide you with the best care. Please select a 45min follow up or contact us and we will help you. When scheduling FOLLOW UP VISITS appointments, please choose the same practitioner with whom you completed an assessment. We do review all bookings and may adjust the appointment type based on the information in your file. If any changes are made to your booking, you will receive an email notification. Cancellation policy: Please be aware that 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of all appointments, or you may be directly charged a cancellation fee. For appointments longer than 60 minutes, we require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation and a credit card on file.
