She is a member of the Ontario Massage Therapy Association and is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2009. She is an avid runner, participating in races from 5km up to 1/2 marathons. She has coached 5k running clinics with the Running Room, helping others realize their running goals. Her massage therapy approach is to treat the body as a whole using myofascial and trigger point release techniques.
