Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive healing modality based on the principle that reflex points in the feet correspond to organs and systems throughout the body. By working these reflexes, the body is supported in restoring balance, circulation, and overall wellbeing.
During your session, you may choose between:
- Full-Body Wellness Support: A comprehensive reflexology treatment addressing the whole body through the feet.
- Edema & Fluid Retention Support: A targeted session focused on lymphatic flow and fluid movement - ideal for pregnancy, swelling, or anyone seeking gentle circulatory support.
SESSION FLOW:
- Up to 85 minutes of hands-on reflexology
- 5 minutes to review key areas of focus and share personalized insights
First-time clients: A brief intake form will be completed at the start of the session and will take a few minutes of your appointment time.
