2. Shoes off policy: we have a high standard of hygiene - please remove shoes upon entry. A shoe/boot tray is provided inside the clinic.

3. Cancellation Policy: we require minimum 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment. Unless there are extenuating circumstances that justify special consideration, there may be a either a partial fee or fee up to or equal to the full amount of the treatment for a missed appt. or a late cancellation. This policy is automatically in effect once an appointment is booked.

4. Direct billing available to: Pacific Blue Cross . Other methods of payment include: e-transfer, cash, interac debit, credit card. We are not accepting ICBC or WCB claims at this time.

5. For clinic updates: Please follow us on Facebook for announcements re scheduling, appointments that have opened up, available hours, or any news generally!

6. We are without reception at this time. For your convenience, please feel free to book online using the Janeapp system.
