This visit includes an assessment of the foot and lower extremity to determine if Orthotics is a necessary treatment option. Orthotic inserts are cast in the clinic and sent away for development. We will provide you with all the information you need to claim to insurance. **Most insurance companies require a prescription prior to the assessment, so be sure to have this completed for proper reimbursement.**
