(Initial Assessment & Treatment)
During your first visit, we will require that you fill out a confidential health history intake form that can be filled online prior to your appointment. The purpose of reviewing the health history form is to try and create a treatment plan that is best suited for your massage therapy needs. Following the history review, an evaluation will be performed and followed up with massage treatment.
If it has been over 1 year since your last massage a review will also be conducted.

Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
