Traditional healing herbs [ginger, tamarind, lemongrass, kaffir lime, shikakai, cassia siamea, mangosteen] and oils are wrapped in unbleached cotton, then tied to a stem.
The oils and resins are steamed to release their healing properties and are then massaged over the body.
