During your initial assessment, we will review your health history, discuss your symptoms and goals, and perform a comprehensive evaluation of your mobility, strength, posture, and movement patterns to determine the source of your concerns.
Based on the assessment findings, a personalised treatment plan will be developed to help reduce pain, restore function, and support your recovery. Treatment may begin during the same visit and can include hands-on soft tissue and joint techniques, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, cupping, TENS or microcurrent therapy, and taping.
