First-Time Booking : For your convenience and to secure your appointment, we kindly request that first-time patients provide credit card information on file while filling out the intake form. Rest assured, All information will be kept secure and confidential. And please plan 10 minutes earlier for the first visit.
Cancellation Policy : If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance at no charge. Rescheduling or cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, including no-shows will result in a charge equal to the full amount of the reserved service amount.
Direct billing : Please understand that there may be instances where direct billing won’t be available for reasons such as the insurer’s online service interruptions, your specific policy’s billing eligibility, etc. We submit all treatment claims together in the morning to save time, So you may receive an email notification from the insurance company in the morning. The system accommodates same-day claims and voids, so there’s no need to worry. Please note: We do not accept Empire Life Insurance.
Online booking requires CREDIT CARD: From now on, we requires a valid credit card on file through online booking. Credit card information will be used to charge no show fee and late cancellation fee.
Osteopathy: Please note, our osteopathy therapist is not registered as Canada Life AND IA insurance provider.
