ICBC Direct Billing: Appointment (First Appt ONLY)
**ICBC Initial Assessment Treatment**. ICBC only covers one initial assessment treatment per claim. Please leave the following in the description box when completing this booking: 1) Adjuster Name, 2) Claim Number. Your claim needs to be validated before your massage appointment. If your claim is not validated before your massage appointment, you will be responsible for paying the full treatment cost the day of the appointment. In this appointment you'll receive a 45 min treatment including a 15 min consultation regarding the accident and a 30 min massage.
